- Custom-ordered or specially manufactured items
- Cement bags opened or exposed to moisture
- Steel cut to custom lengths
- Electrical items with removed packaging

Inspection & Approval (1-2 days)
Our team reviews your case and photos. Approved returns get immediate replacement or refund authorization.
Pickup Arranged (2-3 days)
We arrange free pickup of damaged items from your location during our delivery hours.
Resolution (3-5 days)
Replacement delivered or full refund processed to your original payment method.
⚡ Critical: Damage claims NOT reported within 24 hours will not be accepted. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

100% product cost + applicable delivery charges
