About Clyft

Clyft is a direct-to-consumer platform that helps homeowners and small builders in Hyderabad buy construction materials at manufacturer-direct pricing, request quotes from suppliers, and track deliveries.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Clyft. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account and OTP verification secure.

Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Product images and descriptions are indicative; actual specifications, brand and packaging may vary. Availability is confirmed only once your order is accepted, not at the time of browsing or requesting a quote.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received (via Cashfree or Razorpay) or, for eligible orders and areas, once a Cash on Delivery order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery-area restrictions, or suspected fraud, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery coverage, timelines, charges and floor-delivery rates are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products damaged, incorrect, short in quantity, or defective on delivery, reported within 24 hours, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

User Conduct

• Provide accurate order, delivery and payment information
• Do not place fraudulent orders or misuse Cash on Delivery, promotions or the referral program
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the website or app
• Comply with all applicable laws when using Clyft

Intellectual Property

The Clyft name, logo, website and app content are the property of DormtoDream Private Limited and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyft and DormtoDream Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app, or from delays or issues caused by third-party logistics or payment partners. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clyft harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clyft.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
